Macintosh Computer

The Sidney Memorial Public Library is please to offer a Macintosh computer for public use.

As you can see, this computer has a large, clear screen which makes it most suitable for editing pictures, websites, and other files which require a large display. A digital camera can be connected to the Macintosh, to burn your photos to CD, or to burn video to DVD.

Our friend Kong knows which storage devices to bring with him- a CD and a thumb drive (also known as a flash drive, portable hard drive, zip drive, etc.) This is the only computer at the library which cannot save files to a floppy disk.
We offer classes on using the Macintosh as there is interest. If you would like to take a class, please call or email the library at the address at the bottom of the page
