The Sidney Memorial Public Library and its Branch Libraries are run by an excellent staff who strive to serve the community better as part of the goals of its library philosophy. The following is a list of staff members and their duties:

As of April 2008, the Masonville Branch has new hours on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

The following movie will be shown at the Masonville Branch on the second Saturday of the month at 10:00 a.m. Showings are free and open to the public.

Masonville Matamorphosis Mondays
July 21 – August 18: Crochet a card carrier, make origami bugs, create locker magnets, transform a T-shirt, and finish by crocheting a cookie!
All activities Monday nights 6:30-8:00 PM.
And drive into Sidney for more summer Metamorphosis @ Your Library activities.
Summer Reading Program 2008

CRAFTY BUGS
Do YOU want to be a CRAFTY BUG? Join us on Tuesdays starting July 15th at 2:00 PM for a short story then some BUGGY CRAFTS! See some examples of what we will be making at the library. Sign-up for these programs will start June 16th so that we will know how many to plan for. Crafty Bugs will run for 6 weeks.
Independent Reading
We will have reading logs to record your reading. For every 100 minutes you read we will put a bug in your jar. After you read 300 minutes you will be able to pick out a book to keep.
