Loan Periods & Renewals:
Books- 3 weeks, 1 renewal
Audios(books/music cassettes)- 3 weeks, 1 renewal
Compact discs, music/books-3 weeks, 1 renewal
Videos/DVD's- 1 week, no renewal
Periodicals-1 week, 1 renewal
Puppets-1 week, no renewal
Framed Art- 4 weeks, no renewal

Copier services-$.15 per page
Videos/DVD's-$1.00 per day
Interlibrary Loan-$.50 per day
All other library material-$.10 per day overdue
Lost/Damaged material - Patrons will be billed for
the costs of lost materials plus a processing fee. There may be a charge for
damaged items depending on the severity of
the damage. If the item cannot be repaired, then a replacement fee
will be assessed.
Donations- Guernsey Library accepts book donations.

Form and submit at the Circulation Desk.
Interlibrary Loan:
You may obtain materials from other libraries that are not owned at the Norwich
library.
Any registered borrower in good standing may use interlibrary loan.
Direct, online request
is available using the Four County library System. Forms
are available at the desk for out-of-system requests.
Story Hours:
Stories along with interactive songs, crafts and games to
re-enforce reading and love of books!
Winter Storytime Session: January 6 - March 13
Spring Storytime Session: April 7 - June 12
Summer Storytime Session: July 6 - August 14
Fall Storytime Session: September 22 - December 4
(No storytime during the week of Thanksgiving)
Preschool Storytime: Tues at 10 a.m.
Babies and Toddlers: Tues and Fri at 10:30 a.m.
Computers:
The computerized card catalog (OPAC) is a service of the Four County Library Systems.
Guernsey has 5 OPAC stations throughout the library.
Internet usage:

statement The library has several Internet computers: 5 adult and 1 juvenile. The library provides wireless internet access (wi-fi)
for laptop users.
Printing charge is $.20 per page. Other available computers include a games computer, a word processing computer
and
a reference research computer.
Sign up is required on all computers and there is a 30 minute time limit.
Note: Computer disks may only be used in the Word Processing Computer
