84. View about 1913 of the fire in the Brown block (on the northwest corner of Main Street and Nanticoke Avenue in the old Village of Union). The corner of the Exchange Building is on the far left of the picture.
85. View in 1907 of the fire in the Warner Building (Job M. & Lavinia H. Warner) on the northwest corner of Main Street and Nanticoke Avenue in the old Village of Union. It was replaced by the Brown Building (which was later called the Alexander Building). View is looking south on Nanticoke Avenue. The Exchange Building, in the center of the photo, was demolished to make way for Exchange Street. Julia A. (Howard) Wheeler is the young girl in the foreground with the hand muff.
86. The Bowes family home (later called the Colonial Building or Colonial Hall) on the west side of Lincoln Avenue just north of Main Street. Later it was used as a guest house for IBM visitors, as the administrative offices of Triple Cities College (later called Harpur College and then Binghamton University), as U-E High School administrative offices, and then as offices of the Southern Baptist Church. The building was purchased by the Village of Endicott in the early 1990's and will eventually open as a Visitor's Center.

88. The grounds at Casino Park in the early 1920's. The Casino Building in the distance was located just west of the present U-E High School.
89. Dr. Doan's sanitarium on Glendale Drive in 1885, located near what was the IBM Glendale facility.
90. View in 1902 looking southeast at the Hotel Frederick located on the northeast corner of Washington Avenue and Main Street in Endicott, shortly after its construction. It was built by the Endicott-Johnson Company to accommodate its customer's representatives until it went under private ownership in 1925.
91. The back side of the Bundy Machine Company building, built in 1902. It was the first plant in Endicott to make time recording machines. It was later taken over by the International Time Recording Company which was the predecessor of the industry giant, IBM. The time recorder was invented by Willard Bundy in 1888. His first factory was in Binghamton and he employed six to eight people.

98. The original Union Presbyterian Church on the southeast corner of Liberty and Main Streets in the old Village of Union. Built in 1872, it was one of the oldest structures in western Broome County. The church was struck by lightning and destroyed by fire in 1906. Just to the left of the church is the parsonage. The current church building was built in 1907. The congregation absorbed the Dutch Reform Group which dated back to 1791.
