Start with the librarians, they can direct you to the area of the library that will have the info you need. They can save you a lot of time. Just ask. Online card catalog: All the materials that are in a library are recorded in the card catalog database. To begin your search, figure out the subject or author or title of the material you need. The database will tell you where it is shelved, what library it is in and if it is presently available. Our database shows all the materials in 41 libraries, so if it’s not at the GFJ, we can have it sent from another library.
At the GFJ Library there are 8 Internet terminals available for anyone to use. Just check with the librarians in the Youth services and Adult services. You may call ahead and reserve a terminal—757-5350.
